Packaging:
- Pack filled bottles into boxes or cartons and stack them onto pallets
- Perform quality control checks and ensure product is in proper condition
- Ability to identify process gaps and support other team members when needed
- Ensure packaging areas are kept clean and tidy
- Perform basic problem solving techniques and report large or complex problems to the Bottling Line Supervisor
- Ensuring all legislated and company issued policies are followed (WSIB, GMP, WHMIS, etc.)
- Actively participate in Health & Safety Programs and ensure all required PPE is worn at all times while in the production facility (ex. Safety boots, vest, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisor as required
- Other duties as assigned when not operating equipment
- An interest in working in the alcohol & beverage space
- Ability to work autonomously and with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy weights up to 50 lbs
- Advanced time management skills
- Strong critical thinking
- Open to learning and improving skills with a can-do attitude
