This is a new role at Veritas, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer. We are leaders in the AI visibility space and are now looking to hire a strategist who is energized by building plans that shape how brands are evaluated, understood, and recommended in AI environments.
You will run our AI Visibility framework in practice, ensuring our data and expertise are strategically applied across earned, owned, shared, and AI-driven environments.
At the same time, you will build the systems that make this work stick. Many organizations invest heavily in tools and frameworks that never get adopted. We are not one of them. You will ensure this capability becomes embedded in how we work, not layered on top of it.
This role sits at the intersection of visibility strategy and applied technology.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Application & AI Visibility Execution
Using inputs from our platform signals and existing frameworks, you will map how brands currently appear in AI environments: where they show up, where they don’t, and how they are being interpreted.
You will help ensure that the right narratives are being reinforced and structured in ways that AI systems pick up and repeat.
Working with PR, content, and creative teams, you will identify where we need to earn credible third-party signals and visibility.
You will track how visibility compounds over time: what is getting picked up, repeated, and reinforced.
You will ensure consistency, accuracy, and refresh across all sources, maintaining a clear and coherent representation of the brand.
Strategy Application & Client Application
You will translate outputs into clear, applied direction for teams. This includes working across PR, content, influencer, and owned channels to ensure recommendations are implemented. You are responsible for ensuring that AI visibility thinking shows up in real work, not separate from it.
Systems Strategy & Adoption
You are responsible for how this capability works across the business.
SYSTEM DESIGN: Build clear, repeatable ways of working that connect our tools, frameworks, and outputs into day-to-day practice.
ADOPTION: Ensure teams know when, how, and why to use these systems—and that they actually do.
INTEGRATION: Embed outputs into briefs, planning, and reporting so they are part of the work, not separate from it.
EVOLUTION: Continuously refine how these systems operate based on what is working (and what is not).
Continuous Optimization
- Track visibility over time and identify where performance is improving or stagnating.
- Refine outputs and recommendations based on what is working.
- Ensure there is a clear feedback loop between action, output, and outcome.
