What You Will Do In This Role
- Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service
- Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
- Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
- Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)
- Reconcile cash deposits
- Place orders and perform inventory counts
- Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied
- Able to attract, interview and hire employees and build a strong team
- Understand food costing
- Can accurately schedule employees while achieving labour targets
- Responsible for P&L results
- Minimum two - three years’ experience leading a team
- Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
- Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
- Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
- Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a hot environment
- Flexible scheduling
- Pay Range: $47,000 - $58,000
