The hourly rate of pay for this position is $28.66.
Key Activities
- Live the Safety Value; lead safety by personal example; comply with safety regulations, rules, policies, and practices for Safety
- Troubleshoot, align machinery, and assist in maintaining mill equipment
- Take ownership and be accountable for all work performed
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment
- Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on filing room equipment
- Examine parts for damage or excessive wear, using micrometers and gauges
- Ability to write and understand a work order
- Perform housekeeping duties after each job is completed or as assigned.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to attend and complete required training
- Understanding of proper use of hand tools including precision alignment tools
- Basic mechanical skills
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of the use of oxygen acetylene torch
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills
