The opportunity: This entry-level role replenishes grocery products and maintains organized, customer-ready shelves.

ON-SITE ROLE

  • ACTIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.

A Typical Shift Can Include

  • Stock and rotate products
  • Verify shelf labels and product placement
  • Maintain organized backstock
  • Provide basic in-person assistance to shoppers

Entry-level fit: A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
