  • Growth mentality: eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to build a career in sales enablement/rev ops.

Who You Are

  • A highly collaborative team player who thrives on helping others succeed.
  • Naturally curious, organized, and tech-savvy.
  • Comfortable working with both structure and ambiguity; you can build systems and adapt them as needed.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, but isn't afraid to ask questions or request support when needed.

Annual Compensation

  • Base Salary: $45K-$50K CAD + On-Target Earnings (OTE)
