In This Role
- You will review and interpret digital anatomic pathology cases for veterinary clients across North America.
- You will provide timely, accurate diagnostic reports that support patient care and clinical decision-making.
- You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced pathologists and diagnostic professionals to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- You will maintain high standards of diagnostic quality, consistency, and medical accuracy.
- You will stay informed on current trends and emerging topics in veterinary medicine and pathology.
- You will utilize digital pathology platforms, computer systems, and dictation tools to complete case evaluations efficiently.
- You will contribute your expertise to educational, research, and professional development initiatives within IDEXX and the veterinary community.
- You will communicate findings clearly and professionally through written reports and interactions with colleagues and customers.

What You Need To Succeed
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
- Experience in veterinary anatomic pathology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize work in a remote environment.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort working with digital pathology systems.
- Ability to type and utilize dictation equipment efficiently.
- Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to diagnostic excellence and customer support.
- Familiarity with current topics and issues in clinical veterinary medicine.
- Board certification through the American College of Veterinary Pathology (ACVP) or European College of Veterinary Pathology (ECVP)
- Fluency in French / English, Spanish / English, Portuguese / English, or Korean / English is a plus
