JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: This role will disassemble, clean,

sanitize, reassemble, and test-run all elements of the line seven

scaling and feeding system prior to the first shift start up.

Responsibilities/ Duties: Include the following. Other duties may be

assigned. Minimum expectations include but are not limited to: - Wash

meat buckets, sticks, automatic linking systems, pallets, miscellaneous

small parts daily. - Operate garbage and cardboard compactors. - Keep

Formulation area adequately supplied with clean buckets. - Keep Stuffing

area adequately supplied with clean sticks. - Occasionally check

formulation and compactor areas to prevent accumulation of garbage and

cardboard. - Wash plastic barrels, sweep outside areas, minor welfare

upkeep is all done weekly. - Take responsibility in your work to produce

a safe and quality food product. Reporting all food safety and quality

related problems to your supervisor, manager, or to the QA -department

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Specific Knowledge, Skills, Licenses,

Certifications, Etc.: - Required education is less than a high school

diploma; no prior experience or training necessary; or an equivalent

combination of experience and education. - Ability to read English and

comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. -

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiple and divide

with tens and hundreds. - Ability to apply common sense understanding to

carry out simple one-or two-step instructions. Physical and Work

Environment Requirements: - Must be able to stand/ walk for 8-9 hours

per day. - Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds on a regular

basis, up to 100 pounds occasionally. - Must be able to bend, twist,

stoop and squat, reach above shoulders as needed for day to day

responsibilities and other miscellaneous duties. - Must have good hand

and eye coordination. - Must be able to work in temperatures of 40

degrees or less. - Must be able to work overtime, during peak production
