We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Oakville boutique. If you are an experienced retail leader who thrives in a sales-driven environment, enjoys coaching high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As our Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of store operations while inspiring your team to achieve exceptional sales results and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team through ongoing feedback and performance management.
- Drive sales, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create an exceptional in-store customer experience through personalized styling and professional bra fittings.
- Recruit, train, onboard, and retain top talent.
- Schedule and manage payroll while ensuring efficient store operations.
- Execute visual merchandising according to CHANGE Lingerie standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture.
- Lead by example by actively participating in daily sales activities and customer service.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
- Proven success achieving sales goals and business targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with recruitment, scheduling, and performance management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and promotional events.
