Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collect eggs from poultry barns throughout the day.
- Inspect, sort, and handle eggs carefully to maintain quality standards.
- Identify and remove cracked, dirty, or damaged eggs.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing barns, equipment, and work areas.
- Complete basic production records and paperwork as required.
- Monitor bird health and report concerns to supervisors.
- Follow animal welfare, biosecurity, and food safety procedures.
- Assist with general farm labour duties and other tasks as assigned.
- Fast-paced agricultural production environment.
- Exposure to dust, barn conditions, and varying temperatures.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable performing routine tasks while maintaining high quality standards

Experience Required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, dependable, punctual and able to follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable working around poultry and in agricultural environments.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays as required.
