Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $24.65 per hour
Job Type: Full-time,
Location: Island Park, NY
Duties Include:
- Will be supervised by the Director of Maintenance.
- Painting Resident rooms and other parts of the Facility.
- General maintenance experience preferred.
- Moving materials from room to room etc.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Must be willing to work weekends.
- Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.
- Must have electrical and plumbing experience.
