Job Summary: A Fire Extinguisher Service Helper is responsible for assisting with the inspection, maintenance, servicing, and repair of fire extinguishers under the direction of a Fire Extinguisher Technician. This role is critical in supporting the timely and efficient completion of service work while ensuring quality and adherence to company standards. The Fire Extinguisher Helper provides essential support to technicians in the field and plays an important role in delivering reliable service to our valued customers.
Pay Range: $17.50/hour - $23.00/hour. The posted salary range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position at the time of posting and is provided in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual starting pay will be determined based on job-related factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location (where applicable), and market considerations. Not all candidates will be hired at the top of the posted range. The posted range reflects base salary only and does not include any applicable bonuses, commissions, overtime, or the value of employee benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Fire Extinguisher Technicians with the inspection, maintenance, servicing, and repair of fire extinguishers and related equipment.
- Provide support to technicians to ensure service work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with the proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
