Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Porter at Mission Hill.
As a Porter, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
- Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
- Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
- Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
- One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
- Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
- Hourly Rate
- Full-time

- New Braunfels, TX ; Reporting: direct to the Maintenance Supervisor.
