Your Focus
- Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.
- Verify that guest room supplies, amenities, and linens are fully stocked and properly arranged.
- Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed in accordance with established hotel and brand standards, as well as HHM core values.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.
- Issue supplies, linens, and equipment to housekeeping associates as needed.
- Inspect completed work to verify quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
- Perform or assist with cleaning duties when necessary to support operational needs.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department and follow up as needed.
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices in support of HHM's EarthView program.
- Practice safe work habits, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Help ensure overall guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High School diploma preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience.
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
