We’re looking for dependable and safety-focused Servicepersons to join our team on the CNRL Albian Reclamation project in Fort MacKay, AB.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Operate fuel & lube articulated rock trucks to safely service heavy equipment as required and directed
  • Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities
  • Complete equipment inspections, report repairs required and assist in scheduling these repairs
  • Complete maintenance records and documentation as required
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
  • Adhere to all Ledcor and project safety policies, procedures, and site requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Serviceperson on heavy equipment (mining, heavy civil or pipeline environment is preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take initiative, and proactively identify and address tasks
  • Must be available for day / night shifts
  • Valid Driver's License and clear 3-year driver's abstract
  • Must successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol test
  • CSTS 09, Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation (BSO)

Work Conditions:

  • Project based position working 14 days on and 14 days off, working 12 hours per day
  • Work is anticipated to be completed in April 2027 with potential for extension
  • Travel allowance provided
  • Chartered flights from Calgary or Edmonton
  • Camp accommodations
  • Extended Health & Wellness Benefits provided by CLAC Alberta
  • Work will be primarily outdoors and in various weather conditions
  • Anticipated start date: Mid October 2026
