Duties
- Prepare surfaces for finishing and mix stain or paint colors to match customer specifications
- Apply coats of stain, paint, varnish, and finishes to cabinet surfaces
- Use spray machines, touch-ups, sanding, and buffing to achieve smooth, glossy finishes
- Inspect, repair, and ensure all cabinets meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Experience in woodworking, furniture making, or finishing
- Strong knowledge of staining, painting, varnishing, and lacquering techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tools required
