Black Press Media is looking for an Ad Controller to work closely with our sales team across our Canadian divisions from our Nanaimo office.
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We are looking for a hands-on coordinator that can work with our sales and pagination teams in the process of creating our weekly newspapers.
Your Responsibilities Would Include
- Process insertion orders for ad bookings into our CSM in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Create physical layouts of the papers for editorial & creative
- Manage prepay accounts and record incoming payments
- Manage account inquiries from clients & Sales reps
- Manage advertising copy workflow
- Manage set up of special sections for layouts & ad bookings
