- Compensation is CAD 90,000 to CAD 120,000 per year.

The platform supports conversation workflows, customer relationships, in-store appointments, sales, and return on investment.
Opportunity
Work on the Product team with Engineering, Design, and Product peers to understand problems, define outcomes, shape the roadmap, and ship features.
The product helps frontline representatives have better one-to-one conversations with customers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to define scope and deliver high-quality features.
- Lead product discovery through user interviews and research.
- Own the product-area roadmap and align the team on its rationale.
- Translate customer problems into product opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on impact, expectations, and feature ideas.
- Use data and feedback to monitor KPIs and prioritize iteration.
- Work with Product Marketing on go-to-market plans and launch assets.
- At least four years of product management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Clear, structured communication and stakeholder alignment skills, including with executives.
- A continuous improvement mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
- Analytical skills, FullStory experience, and basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
- Telecommunications, retail, or financial services experience is a bonus.
- Reporting and AI feature leadership experience is a bonus.
- Startup experience or an entrepreneurial mindset is a bonus.
