Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
Qualifications

- Education and Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience and/or trade school training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the following trades:
- Electrical.
- Mechanical.
- HVAC Systems.
- Process Controls.
- Painting.
- Plumbing.
- Carpentry.
- Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
- Ensure all hotel facilities are maintained to the highest standards, enhancing guest satisfaction and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring swift resolution to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with our hospitality goals.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.
