- Remove trash and debris throughout the property
- Perform general janitorial and custodial duties to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Monitor and report maintenance, repair, or safety concerns to management promptly
- Assist with groundskeeping, landscaping, and seasonal property upkeep
- Perform snow and ice removal as needed
- Ensure vacant units and common areas are clean, stocked, and move-in ready
- Maintain exterior curb appeal and overall property appearance standards
- Safely operate cleaning equipment including vacuums, floor scrubbers, blowers, and pressure washers
- Follow company safety policies and proper chemical handling procedures
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs
- Respond to urgent cleaning requests, spills, or weather-related cleanup needs
- Use cleaning tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures preferred
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods of time
Shift Availability Start time between 600 AM - 800 AM
Shift Length 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
