This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing a job well, and wants the opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow with a growing company.
What You'll Do
- Assist with carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, air duct, and other professional cleaning services
- Load, unload, set up, and clean equipment
- Assist lead technicians on residential and commercial jobs
- Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers
- Learn proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and job procedures
- Follow company safety procedures and standards
- As you develop your skills, begin performing cleaning jobs more independently
- Assist with restoration projects as needed
We're looking for someone who is:

- Positive and professional around customers and coworkers
- Comfortable working in different environments, including homes, businesses, attics, crawlspaces, and other job sites as needed
- Able to lift and carry equipment and perform physical work throughout the day
- Interested in developing skills and taking on greater responsibility over time
- In possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Pay & Growth
$13–$14 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to grow. Someone who proves dependable, learns quickly, and takes ownership of their work can develop into a Cleaning Technician or Lead Technician and take on additional responsibilities within our cleaning and restoration operation.
Location: Tyler, TX and surrounding East Texas communities
