Our NB firm has an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk in our Saint John Office. This position is permanent full-time.
Summary Of Responsibilities
- Post general cash receipts;
- Post and reconcile corporate visa transactions;
- Post SNB transactions;
- Post sundry disbursements and write-offs;
- Scan documents to accounting software; and
- Other duties as needed.
- Excellent technical skills and exceptional attention to detail;
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and to work with minimal supervision;
- Skilled in the use of Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel;
- Flexible and reliable, works well both independently as well as in a team environment;
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written; and
- Completion of a Business accounting program or equivalent bookkeeping experience along with familiarity with legal systems and products considered an asset.
