We are looking for a Painter for our Paris location on the day shift.
This position is currently open and reflects replacement position due to an internal transfer, promotion, or departure.
The salary range for this position is $25.00 per hour commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
When your actions lead to success:
- Prepare parts and surfaces for painting, including masking and repairing holes as required
- Apply paint and other finishes to a variety of surfaces using low-pressure spray guns
- Complete painting preparation and finishing work in an efficient and organized manner
- Clean and maintain painting equipment, supplies, and work areas once projects are complete
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment
- Support frequent job changeovers and assist with assembly of materials on workbenches when needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
When your expertise drives us:
- 1–3 years of experience using spray guns in a painting or finishing role
- Experience working with water-based and solvent-based paints
- Previous experience in décor, acrylics, signage, or a manufacturing environment is considered an asset
- Comfortable using tools and equipment such as machine tools, pneumatic nail guns, and measuring equipment when required
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and follow detailed work instructions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to work
