Qualifications
- Prior Host / Hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong greeting and guest-relations abilities; friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and front-of-house operations
- Familiarity with serving basics and hospitality standards
- Ability to multitask, manage reservations, and handle high-volume periods
Metro Diner (MD) is a well established, full service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities for team members in a full service casual / family dining restaurnat company. At MetroDiner you can grow your career with us. This restaurant front of house job for Hosts or Hostesses will focus on guest seating or greeting or reception / reservations duties in which you will be expected to provide great customer service.
Advertised pay is an expected take home, based on current averages, and not a guarantee. You will be paid a tip credit wage plus tips.
