Job Overview
We are looking for an individual to join the assembly team in manufacturing industrial air compressors, compressor components, and sub-assemblies. This best candidate for this role will have experience in a similar field working collaboratively and independently to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
Responsibilities
- Position, install, and secure subcomponents into various pieces of equipment as per drawings
- Perform self-inspection to verify that all components are installed, tested, and match applicable drawings
- Report any quality issues that arise, work with quality technician and engineering department to implement corrections
- Ensure all products meet standards and shipping requirements before products are moved to shipping department
- Ensure working area is kept tidy to avoid safety hazards
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
- Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions from start to finish
- Ability to use a variety of hand and measuring tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a safe manner
- Ability to work productively in a team and independently

This position will be based at our facility in Barrie, ON, with no expected travel.
