Key Responsibilities
- Parts Cleaning: Clean engine and equipment parts using jet wash systems, solvent tanks, glass bead machines, and soda blasting equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate industrial cleaning equipment while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
- Component Preparation: Prepare engine and equipment components for technicians and rebuild operations.
- Shop Support: Assist shop personnel with maintaining workflow and supporting daily service operations.
- Safety & Organization: Follow all company safety procedures and maintain cleanliness throughout the shop environment.
- Experience: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; previous shop or mechanical experience is a plus.
- Aptitude: Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift parts and work around industrial equipment and cleaning systems
