We are seeking a highly capable Estimation and Quoting Specialist with strong English communication skills and proven experience in preparing accurate, high‑quality estimates. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while leveraging AI tools—specifically SammyAI through Simpro—to support quoting and analysis. This role will contribute to lead generation, data analysis, quote preparation, and the creation of clear educational materials for internal and client use.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Clear and fluent English communication (reading, writing, and verbal)
- Estimation experience is a must
- Strong communication and client‑facing confidence
- Self‑led and able to work independently
- Experience using AI tools for quoting (SammyAI through Simpro)
- Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented
- Creating and qualifying leads
- Conducting data analysis to support quoting and decision‑making
- Preparing accurate and timely quotes
- Developing educational materials and documentation
