Department: Construction
Reports To: Construction Manager
Position Summary
Iconic Power Systems is experiencing steady growth as we continue to build long-term relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships by providing consistently high-quality products and services.
We are seeking Labourers to support construction operations throughout the Edmonton area. This role performs general labour duties, assists with site preparation and maintenance, operates light equipment, and contributes to the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Operate light equipment such as skid steers and packersAssist with site preparation and general construction activitiesOrganize and maintain tools, equipment, and materialsSpot equipment and trucks during site operationsAssist supervisors and crews as requiredInstall temporary construction fencingPerform general site cleanup and housekeepingComplete manual labour tasks in support of project requirementsFollow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Required
Minimum 2 years of construction experienceValid CSTS certificationValid Class 5 Driver's LicenseStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform physically demanding work outdoorsWillingness to learn and develop through on-the-job training
Assets
H2S Alive CertificationGround Disturbance CertificationFirst Aid CertificationExperience operating light construction equipment
