Here Is Where You Will Be Focusing
- Meet customer needs and special requests by providing products that exceed their expectations.
- Promote sales in the bakery section by innovating and ensuring an exceptional variety and freshness of products.
- Ensure that product content and presentation are exceptional.
- Design and implement a seasonal marketing campaign.
- Decorate the service counter for various holidays to make it look appealing.
- Create new cakes and decorate them according to customer requests.
- Plan production efficiently in order to produce a quantity that meets the store’s needs.
- Plan and monitor dry and perishable food purchases to optimize quality, production and profits.
- Use baking tools and equipment safely.
- Adhere to and apply food safety standards and protocols.
- Provide exceptional, courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
- Ensure that work areas, sales floors, tools and equipment remain clean at all times.
- Perform any other related duties.
- You have a vocational diploma in baking or the equivalent
- You have relevant experience in baking.
- You are customer service-oriented.
- You foster communication and team spirit.
- You have strong product presentation skills.
- You stand out for your interpersonal skills, energy and creativity.
- Flexible work hours and overtime
- Short-term exposure to chemicals and cleaning products
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg
