We are on the hunt for a Licensed Hairstylist for our Willoughby, Langley Retail Salon!

What You’ll Do 

  • Deliver professional hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments, tailored to each clients’ needs and lifestyle. 
  • Create memorable client experiences through consultation, artistry, and genuine connections. 
  • Stay current on trends, techniques, and product knowledge to elevate your craft and recommendations. 
  • Build and maintain a loyal clientele by delivering consistent, high-quality results and exceptional service. 
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-energy salon environment.

What You Bring 

  • Valid Hairstylist License in British Columbia. 
  • Proven technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and finishing services 
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences from consultation to final look 
  • Confidence recommending professional products to support care routines 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships 
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced salon environment 
  • Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and professional standards 
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends 
  • Established clientele (considered an asset) 
  • Demonstrated success in client retention, rebooking, and creating repeat experiences 
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed service and retail performance goals
