We're currently seeking experienced and caring individuals to join our team as cooks. As a cook, you will assist in the overall management of day-to-day operations of all food preparation and cooking in the kitchen.

- Responsible for cooking, baking, and food preparation
- Ensure safe food storage and disposal, including maintaining temperature logs.
- Cook is responsible for preparing meals and snacks for children with special dietary needs
- Maintain children’s allergy list regularly.
- Weekly ordering and receiving all food supplies and replenishing dishware and cookware
- Follow food portioning guidelines and maintain appropriate food inventory
- Complies with all health regulations and the company’s best practices
- Upkeep kitchen cleaning schedule, including dishwashing, daily, weekly, and monthly duties
- Occasionally required to prepare food for field trips, school-age programs, and community events.
- Duties and responsibilities may change from time to time on the needs of the daycare centers.
Required :
- High School diploma/GED equivalency required
- Valid driver's license and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Current Food Handler Certification or willing to get
- Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments.
- Ability to push, pull and lift to 45 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations
- Experience working with children.
