We’re not just looking for a dispatcher—we need someone who can handle pressure and run operations. This role is critical to keeping our projects moving, crews supported, and clients satisfied across British Columbia.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Dispatch and coordinate TCPs, LCTs, and supervisors across multiple job sites
  • Manage last-minute changes, callouts, and schedule gaps
  • Communicate with field crews, supervisors, and clients throughout the day
  • Ensure all sites are fully staffed and running efficiently
  • Solve problems in real time and adjust plans quickly
  • Track attendance, availability, and shift coverage
  • Support operations and improve workflow processes
Requirements
  • Must have previous experience in a Dispatcher or similar operations coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in traffic control, logistics, or field operations is an asset
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and dispatching systems
  • SiteDocs experience is an asset
  • Reliable, accountable, and able to take initiative
  • Ability to handle pressure and make quick operational decisions


Work Environment
  • Fast-paced and high-volume operations
  • Mix of office and remote work (not fully remote)
  • Must be flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • $50-$60k annually with benefit eligibility
