Sales Director — Creative Clicks US

Reporting to: Jeroen, CEO of Creative Clicks US and YepAds
The opportunity
Creative Clicks is building its next phase of US commercial growth from our Markham office, alongside YepAds.
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Director to become the first commercial leader dedicated to building our Markham operation. This is not a role for someone who only manages from a distance. You will personally prospect, pitch, negotiate and close new advertiser partnerships while building and leading a team of two to three Business Developers.
Reporting directly to Jeroen, you will serve as his commercial right hand for Creative Clicks US. You will help establish the team, culture, sales processes and go-to-market approach required to scale the business.
What you’ll own
- Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Generate new revenue from advertisers and commercial partners across relevant performance marketing verticals.
- Build, coach and lead an initial team of two to three Business Developers.
- Create a strong in-office commercial culture based on ownership, pace and measurable performance.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Own forecasting, revenue targets, CRM discipline and deal progression.
- Work closely with Customer Success and operational teams to support onboarding, advertiser performance, retention and account growth.
- Help shape the Creative Clicks US go-to-market strategy, sales playbook and market positioning.
- Identify new verticals, partnerships and commercial opportunities based on market and performance data.
What you bring
- A strong track record of personally winning new business and closing commercially meaningful deals.
- Experience leading, coaching or building a high-performing sales team.
- A genuine hunter mentality you are comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for inbound demand.
- Experience selling within digital advertising, performance marketing or a closely related environment.
- Knowledge of PPC, lead generation, affiliate marketing, mobile acquisition or programmatic advertising is strongly preferred
- Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting and CRM systems.
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day execution.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building structure where it does not yet exist.
- The ability to work on-site in Markham and help create the culture of a growing commercial operation.
