Responsibilities include preparing spaces for the next day by cleaning, dusting, and tidying; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and operating autoscrubbers.
Washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and showers, restocking disposables, wiping mirrors and windows, and maintaining entrances are required.
Additional duties include restocking supplies, securing facilities after hours, performing occasional tasks such as snow removal, event setup, and moving furniture.
Candidates must follow CDC COVID-19 cleaning standards, lift 50+ pounds, and be willing to operate lifts, trucks, and equipment.
Certification in ISSA training is encouraged.
Key skills: attention to detail, physical stamina, ability to operate cleaning equipment, and readiness to perform varied custodial tasks.
