Functional Role (not inclusive of titles or advancement career progression)
- Assembles and delivers trays following basic portion/menu guidelines
- Performs simple prep (portioning, packaging)
- Rotates and replenishes floor stock, food supplies, and kitchen inventory to maintain par levels and reduce waste
- Cleans dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas; ensures sanitation compliance and reports maintenance or safety issues.
- Operates basic kitchen tools, cleans, and maintains equipment according to safety protocols
Minimum Qualifications
Serve Safe Certification or within 6mo. of hire. Food Handlers Certification in line with state requirements, or within 6 mo. of hire.
Schedule12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Every other weekend required
