- Pack finished products into containers or boxes, label packages, and prepare them for shipping.
- Support the production process by operating or assisting with machinery and assembly lines.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or irregularities.
- Provide support to machine operators and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Keep the area clean and put away utensils in the proper location after use.
- Adhere to all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures and have an understanding and respect for GMPs.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50lb), and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify product defects and maintain quality standards.
- Willingness to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Capability to handle changing priorities and perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime if required.
- Basic proficiency in reading and understanding work instructions, labels, and safety protocols.
- Understanding of workplace safety and food safety regulations.
- Previous quality experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus but not mandatory.
