Ready to suit up as a Concierge Security Guard
What matters most in a role like this is your ability to engage with people easily and make them feel confident in your ability to help them.
As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.
Schedule: Saturday to Sunday (12:00-00:00)
Location: L8L 8K5

- Welcome visitors, verify identification, and provide customer service and directions.
- Manage access control for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Conduct regular foot patrols and identify security or safety risks.
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems.
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance issues.
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and medical situations.
- Provide First Aid/CPR and coordinate with emergency services when required.
- Assist with evacuations, fire drills, and emergency procedures.
- Perform computer and administrative tasks.
- Answer questions and assist visitors by phone or in person.
- Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports.
- Communicate security concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain key control and secure restricted areas.
- Ensure compliance with company security, health, and safety procedures.
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid security license
- First aid certification required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
