Job Duties
- Performing all assigned duties in a professional, efficient, and timely manner
- Working collaboratively with the management team and other staff members to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the company
- Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, text messages on behalf of the company, and daily entries to internal tools and documents in an efficient and timely manner
- Responding to leads and scheduling appointments for our Building Science Specialists according to company guidelines
- Pulling and/or preparing supporting documents for Building Science Specialist appointments
- Preparing mailings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other staff members
- Excellent organizational skills to keep accurate records and find vital information quickly
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete assigned tasks throughout the day
- Excellent patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with all customers
- Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Adaptability
- High Proficiency in Google Business Suite and Salesforce
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00
