Responsibilities
- As the face of Starbucks, Baristas create uplifting experiences and craft perfect beverages, one person and one cup at a time. The opportunity is yours to take.
- Greet and welcome guests with hospitality - sometimes you will be the first person they see to start their day.
- Deliver the Starbucks Experience through legendary customer service, prompt service, and quality products.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Take customer orders and prepare food items according to standardized recipes
- Complete guest orders including coffees, pastries and more.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Work with a team to make the guest’s day.
- Collaborate with other Baristas to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

- Previous Starbucks experience is not a requirement but would be considered an asset.
- Cash handling experience, including cashiering duties, is an asset.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is an asset.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems.
- Must have open and flexible availability to work various shifts, which would also include weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in food preparation is a plus.
- Previous food service experience is an asset.
- 32 to 40 hours per week. (Full-time)
- This location is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday to Sunday.
- Candidates must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts to support operational requirements, including daytime, opening, and closing shifts, as well as occasional weekend shifts as needed.
