Responsibilities
- Own technical implementation plans and engineering milestones.
- Lead architecture and code quality across backend services and integrations.
- Productionize AI components into stable product workflows.
- Improve release safety with testing strategy, CI/CD standards, and incident readiness.
- Coordinate engineers across disciplines to remove blockers and sustain velocity.
- Strong backend architecture and distributed systems design.
- Experience integrating AI services (LLM APIs, LangChain-based services, RAG backends).
- CI/CD, containerization, and production observability expertise.
- Strong reliability and performance troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on technical leadership in planning and code quality governance.
- Frontend architecture for AI-enabled experiences.
- Event-driven and data-intensive systems.
- Enterprise-grade security-first engineering practices.
- Deliver one major feature stream with stable production behavior.
- Improve quality indicators on critical paths.
- Establish repeatable delivery cadence with clear ownership.
