  • Manage and routinely update the roadmap for the advanced analytics and data engineering teams.
  • Translate business problems into clear requirements and ensure alignment between business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning and track progress across multiple analytics & engineering initiatives.
  • Support the deployment of machine learning models and data pipelines by aligning teams on objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Communicate roadmap & project status, milestones, and outcomes to internal stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
  • Ensure all projects have clear business objectives, well-defined deliverables, and measurable outputs.
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to validate models, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, analytics project management, or data-focused program coordination.
  • Understanding of data engineering, machine learning, and AI model development processes is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical work into business impact and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with data analysis languages (e.g. SQL & Python) and modern data tools (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Datadog, Adobe) and analytics visualization tools.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills with a focus on delivering and communicating results and updates.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment that requires adaptability and proactive problem-solving.

Why Join Us

This is an opportunity to be part of a growing analytics organization within RBI, where data and technology are central to driving smarter decisions and better guest experiences.
