What you will actually do
Develop CPM baselines and run monthly update cycles for contractors in Pakistan and the Gulf — schedules that survive consultant scrutiny.
You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, on a live pipeline of projects for clients in the US, the Gulf and Pakistan. Every deliverable you produce goes through senior review before it ships — which means constant, specific feedback on your work from day one.
Responsibilities
- Build baseline programs in Primavera P6 from BOQs, drawings and method statements
- Resource- and cost-load schedules where contracts require
- Run monthly progress updates with critical-path narratives
- Prepare lookahead schedules and recovery programs
- Support delay analysis and EOT documentation
- B.Sc. Civil Engineering
- 3+ years planning experience on building or infrastructure projects
- Strong Primavera P6 proficiency (activity coding, layouts, baselines)
- Understanding of CPM logic principles and common consultant review comments
- Clear written English for narrative reporting
