The Opportunity:
ML6 is partnering with a privately held Canadian consumer packaged goods organization in the natural health and wellness space in their search for a Graphic Designer, Packaging & Label Design to join their team on a contract basis.
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and purpose-driven brand with strong consumer recognition across the wellness and nutritional supplement categories.
This contract is expected to begin in November 2026 and will be a 1-year contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing, updating, and maintaining product labels and packaging across a portfolio of wellness and nutritional supplement products.
- Supporting updates to nutritional panels, ingredient lists, product claims, certifications, and other packaging-related content.
- Creating packaging and label designs that align with brand standards, product requirements, and print production best practices.
- Partnering with marketing, product development, quality assurance, and project management teams to ensure packaging updates are accurate and completed on time.
- Supporting internal education materials, presentation decks, and other product/brand-related design assets as needed.
- Managing multiple design projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and clear communication.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful:
- 4+ years of graphic design experience, ideally with a focus on packaging, label design, or CPG.
- Experience in health and wellness, natural products, supplements, food, beverage, beauty, or another regulated CPG category is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, label design, product-focused creative, and brand consistency.
- Strong eye for layout, typography, packaging hierarchy, and print production.
- High attention to detail when working with nutritional panels, ingredients, claims, certifications, and packaging copy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Bilingualism in English and French would be considered an asset.
- Experience working on a Mac and with relevant design software is expected.
Compensation Range: $65,000–$75,000
