Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential homes and commercial properties, ensuring that all areas are spotless and thoroughly clean. Attention to detail is a must in this role.
Responsibilities
- 1. Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- 2. Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
- 3. Dispose of waste and recyclables properly while adhering to environmental guidelines.
- 4. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
- 5. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- 6. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks or event preparation.
- 7. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to cleanliness or maintenance.
- 1. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- 2. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- 3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- 4. Good physical stamina; able to lift moderate weights and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- 5. Flexibility in work hours is a plus; availability for evening or weekend shifts may be required.
- 6. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is an advantage.
