The Receptionist is the face of the dealership and is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties.
The Receptionist works closely with all departments within the dealership and are knowledgeable in directing customers to the appropriate departments or team members.
This role is for you if you thrive in a social environment, and you have strong resolution skills!

Compensation Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour.

- Handle incoming calls, route and take messages.
- Greeting and supporting customers.
- Follow up on customer visits.
- Respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Coordinating and processing customer’s payments.
- Performing various clerical and administrative duties.
- Maintaining the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Dealership experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must bring a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
- Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
- A strong team player who can work independently.
