Overview
A leading education technology organization is seeking an experienced Educational Implementation Specialist to support school districts and educators in the successful adoption and implementation of innovative instructional solutions.
In this customer-facing role, you will serve as a trusted partner to district leaders, administrators, instructional coaches, and teachers throughout the customer journey. from onboarding and implementation to training, engagement, and renewal. You'll leverage your educational expertise, presentation skills, and relationship-building abilities to help customers maximize the impact of their instructional programs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a former educator, instructional coach, curriculum specialist, or education consultant who enjoys working directly with schools and driving meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Implementation & Success
- Lead implementation efforts and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Guide schools and districts through onboarding, adoption, training, and ongoing program success
- Build strong relationships with district leaders, administrators, instructional coaches, and teachers
- Monitor customer progress and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement and outcomes
- Support customer retention and renewal efforts through exceptional service and partnership
- Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for educators and administrators
- Facilitate webinars, workshops, professional learning sessions, and product demonstrations
- Customize training content and implementation plans to meet district-specific goals and needs
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Track customer interactions, implementation milestones, training activities, and account updates within Salesforce
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Support customer presentations, pilot programs, and implementation planning activities
- Assist with the development of training materials, webinars, and customer-facing resources
- Troubleshoot customer questions and implementation challenges
- Support live webinars, online chat sessions, and virtual customer events
- Maintain accurate account records and implementation documentation
- Manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in K-12 education, instructional leadership, curriculum implementation, educational technology, or a related field
- Classroom teaching experience in grades K-12 (middle and high school experience preferred)
- Experience delivering professional development, instructional coaching, or educator training
- Strong understanding of current educational standards, instructional practices, and technology integration
- Experience presenting to educators, administrators, and district leaders
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other collaboration platforms
- Exceptional communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Experience working independently in a remote setting
