Job Description
Kelly is looking for Manufacturing Associates with previous experience in either construction or woodworking, to work at a premier manufacturing facility in Strathroy. Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career while being a vital part of your community.
What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:
- Working safely and following all safety practices and policies
- Assisting in identifying training needs and proposing ideas to improve quality metrics.
- Operating manufacturing equipment and using hand tools as required.
- Identifying problems and communicating issues to Work Center Leads and Supervisors
- Supporting a respectful workplace and participating in Employee Engagement activities
Secondary School Diploma
Experience Required
- Must have previous experience in woodworking or construction.
- Must be comfortable using hand tools and power tools like drills and saws.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of Manufacturing experience or equivalent.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Possess organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency to complete work on schedule.
- Have the ability to understand and adhere to all process controls as documented.
- Can lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring repetitive motion.
- Must have experience using Hand tools and Power tools.
