The Role
- Build and lead 13-week direct cash flow forecasting.
- Develop and maintain integrated financial models linking P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Partner to build and drive business unit level cash flow forecasting and metrics.
- Analyze trends, variances, and current performance metrics.
- Support reporting, tracking, and analysis of company initiatives.
- Contribute to building an FP&A function that proactively identifies business trends and risks.
- Prior experience with levered three-statement financial models.
- Understanding of the difference between direct and indirect cash flows.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and continuous process improvement mindset.
