About The Role
We are a growing regional CPA firm seeking a high-performing Entry-Level Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who excelled academically and is on the CPA track with a clear plan to sit for and pass the CPA exam.
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis
- Support tax, audit, and advisory teams with research and data analysis
- Prepare workpapers, schedules, and client deliverables
- Perform basic financial modeling and variance analysis
- Gather, organize, and validate client information
- Participate in client meetings and internal planning sessions
- Learn firm systems, processes, and professional standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Strong academic record
- Actively pursuing CPA licensure and planning to sit for the CPA exam
- Demonstrated analytical ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Structured training and close mentoring by CPAs
- Early responsibility and exposure to audit, tax, and advisory work
- CPA exam support (study materials, exam fee reimbursement, and/or bonus program)
- Clear long-term career path in public accounting
