Responsibilities:
• Coordinate multiple marketing and communications projects at the same time, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain on track.
• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to gather input, align expectations, and keep initiatives progressing efficiently.
• Assist in the development, review, and distribution of marketing content across email and other communication channels.
• Support campaign execution by organizing assets, monitoring deadlines, and helping maintain consistency in brand messaging.
• Review materials for accuracy, completeness, and overall quality before release, with additional quality assurance support as needed.
• Help manage day-to-day marketing activities in a high-volume environment while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
• Contribute to corporate marketing efforts by coordinating communications materials and supporting outreach initiatives.
• Provide occasional support for Spanish-language communication needs when applicable.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related support role.
• Demonstrated ability to handle numerous projects and stakeholder requests while effectively setting priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and able to remain composed when deadlines are tight.
• Experience supporting marketing communications, email campaigns, or content-related initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across teams.
• Spanish language ability is a plus, but not required.
• Exposure to quality assurance or content review processes is helpful, but not mandatory.
